Introduction: I focus on your weaknesses first and start at the foundation of your structure. Once I build a strong posture and foundation I build on that to focus on your strengths. A body is only as strong as its weakest link and that's where I think I stand out from most. Focusing on recovery and overall health is my main focus, not a lot of trainers focus on that. I love taking people and helping them accomplish things that they never thought was possible. Whether that be gaining strength, balance, or losing weight; it makes me feel like I'm helping someone regain their life back. Seeing someone go through life injury free after having issues their whole life is what I love

Having a severe neck injury 5 years ago has made my life tough to say the least. I have suffered from massive migraines since my injury, often having as many as 12 to 15 a month. I have tried many things to stop the headaches, but nothing has worked. I knew that if I could build up the muscles in my neck, that would take some of the pressure off of my damaged nerves. After several failed attempts at working out and trying to create exercises to achieve my goals, I was at a dead end. I was approved by my doctors to use Kris to begin training and to help with rehabilitating the muscles around my neck. It's been 1 month since I've started training and not only am getting in great shape quickly, but I'm proud to say I can tell a vast difference in my neck and I've only had 2 migraines. Core training and working on other areas than my neck has actually been the best thing. The workouts he has chosen for me are increasing the muscles in my neck slowly by working out other parts of my body. Not a single Personal Trainer I talked to before Kris had this approach. The guy knows what he is doing, great coach and positive motivator, and is always conscious of my neck, shoulders and back. Constantly monitoring how each exercise effects those areas. I'm very fortunate to have found someone with his skills and knowledge.

Kris is an outstanding personal trainer. My husband and I recently relocated to California and, after having an amazing trainer in NYC, we were focused on finding someone who could meet our high standards. Kris did just that! He took the time to meet us in advance to understand our goals, our physical condition and training history, and then he shared his approach to training to be sure we were comfortable. My husband and I knew right away that we were, and Kris proved us right about 5 minutes into our first session. Kris models what he believes about overall health and fitness, knows the body well and tailors our workouts appropriately. I appreciate that he puts safety and form first. He's motivating and fun, challenging and inspirational. So glad we found you, Kris!

Kris is an awesome trainer within minutes of meeting him I felt comfortable and confident that he was going to get me where I want to be physically, definitely recommend him and can't wait to continue training with him.
