When I first started looking for a personal trainer I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I wanted someone who could help me reach my goals of weight loss while simultaneously strengthening my body and gaining my energy back. But I wasn't looking for a drill Sargeant either. With both my athletic history and past injuries, I needed someone who could be understanding and build a work out that was specific to my needs. And with Tyrone I feel like I have found that good balance in a Trainer! Before even knowing me or my needs, he spoke about wanting to know my health history so he could plan a program that suited me and my lifestlye. He is great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could do, while also not pushing you so hard that afterwards you feel like your body will just giveout! In my first 2-3 weeks of training with him 2 days a week I lost 5 lbs and I am still going. Tyrone is a great Coach/Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!

Tyrone shows concern beyond the training meeting time. He always makes himself available for guidance. He is highly committed and genuinely cares about trainees' health and wellness.

Tyrone is AWESOME!!! So supportive with meal planning and motivation to get good workout. I have only been working with Tyrone 2 weeks and have already lost weight, feel better and am motivated to stay active.

Just into week 1 with Tyrone. I'm motivated to get back to a healthier body and lifestyle. He listened, took notes, and prepared a complete fitness plan to help me meet my goals. Unlike other trainers, he didn't try to overwork me knowing I've not been working out in some time. But I've been warned that the workouts will get harder as I progress.
