- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process normally starts with an email or a phone call to see if we are a good fit - we love you already though, just saying. You pick the package you want with or without add ons like a luxury backdrop or hardcover album and a 50% deposit of your total will reserve your date. The balance is due 15 days before your event. Payments are received via PayPal or Venmo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained and experienced photographers on staff. Our Creative Director was a wedding and event photographer for 7 years and currently a style photographer and graphic designer. The Big Cheese himself has been in and out of photo booths almost his entire life from reunions, birthdays and weddings galore! He brings the extra to ordinary booths!
