Introduction: I am a working musician in the Sacramento area with a bachelor’s degree from the Sacramento State School of Music. I have experience working in a wide variety of musical settings, and I have worked with students of all ages.

Great understanding of theory, saxophone technique and ear training. He explains things in a very easy to understand way which is hard to find in a teacher. I will definitely be going back for more lessons.

Luis did a great job helping me to prepare for my musicianship placement exam for the CSU Chico music program. He was able to explain concepts that didn't make sense to me before and shared some of his own tips and tricks. He is very patient and easy to work with.
