- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process Blessings catering has an unparalleled personal approach to customer service. Our company was designed with our customers at heart, and we make it a top priority to serve you with a courteous and friendly, professional and dependable staff at all times while servicing all your catering desires. When you decide that blessings catering is the right caterers for your event, contact us and we will assist you in performing a quote (either online through our website or over the phone). Once you’ve been given the initial quote, one of professional party planners will set up an initial meeting with you to discuss you event details, gain contract signatures, secure your event by collecting your deposit (1/2 your event cost), and if applicable conducting your free sampling. Your professional party planner will be in contact with you as you progress towards your event date. Approximately three weeks prior to your event you will meet with your personal party planner again to finalize any last minute event details. Then blessing will appear at your event, collect the remaining fees, and supply the contracted services.
