Randy is an amazing inspector. He spent almost 6 hours inspecting every part of our home and identifying issues and certifying new work done by a contractor. He did a great job inspecting the attic and crawspace and did a complete crawl thru. I really appreciated his thorough work, his professionalism and his punctuality. I strongly recommend Randy for any home inspection work.

Hired Randy for my home inspection. He is punctual and very thorough. He patiently explained me the process for inspection and properly explained any of my queries. He covered all the areas in house and provided a detail report. After the inspection I had queries on the report and he diligently explained me the report queries. Even few weeks after the inspection I had a query regarding the inspection and Randy was quick at getting back with answer. It was great working with Randy and I would definitely recommed Randy to anyone

Randy Evans has quickly earned our respect through his workmanship, and I have already recommended his service to friends. From the moment we contacted him to schedule the inspection, his communication and professionalism shone through. We were in a time crunch to get the structural inspection done for the property we were considering and were pleasantly surprised about the thoroughness of the job, and how he was able to inform us about the key details immediately after the inspection, which we would have never noticed. His wealth of experience was evident in the detailed report he provided. Throughout the process, Randy took the time to explain his findings, point out areas of concern, and make maintenance suggestions. Having him there provided invaluable peace of mind and allowed us to make an informed buying decision. Randy is truly a pro when it comes to home inspection. His knowledge and years of experience are immediately apparent. He is very professional and has a method of doing inspections that checks and verifies his findings as he conducts the inspection. I would happily call Randy again should I need help. Randy was a delight to be around. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, or whether you’ve been through some traumatic experiences in prior rentals or homeownership, he is the gentleman for you. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum and his approach is the right way to inspect a 2 year old condo or a 45 year old home. His message is when you can trust because he will take his time to look for what your typical checklist inspection guy will miss. I just purchased a $450,000 condo and it’s hardly three years old. Prior to the inspection I expressed my concern about slight water intrusion and sure enough, on his way out, Randy told me there was water in the windowsill weep holes. I highly recommend this gentleman. On top of that he’s incredibly affordable. I would pay twice the amount to have Randy come out to inspect for me again.
