That is our personal trainers main focus: matching the client's individual needs and their desired outcome. This is why you've never heard of cross-fit, group X classes, etc., getting everyone the results they're looking for, as these programs have a general approach. At Star-Power Fitness we use a science-based approach, and 100% commitment from our trainers to give you the outcome you (you!!) have been looking for. The meal-plan and training that works for you can't be given to anyone else because we all have different genetics, biology, and goals. We will help you create the picture you have always envisioned. We're similar to beauty gurus, tell us how you want to look and we'll get it done. Welcome to Star-Power Fitness, where stars are made. Your goals are my goals. Everything I'm learning through my 15+ year athletic experience with my own intuition has allowed me to help past clients get to the ideal body they're looking for.
