Bree has given me much needed support and guidance to improve my health and to reach my fitness goals. She’s an excellent personal trainer and pushes you to do better but doesn’t try to break you. She’s also very understanding of her clients busy lifestyle and is very flexible with scheduling while always motivating you. As a busy Mom and military member, she’s helped me learn the benefits of food prepping and how to incorporate for my family’s meal planning as well. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fitness coach to help achieve their goals! ~ Terri G.

There is soooo much to say about my experience with Coach Bree. She meets you where your at, helps with making attainable goals, helps you understand how get away from the All or Nothing mentality, very supportive with physical mental emotional health. Always encouraging me to push through, challenges my thinking, supportive of my goals......I went beyond my goal and lost 16 pounds, learned how to meal prep 💪 🙌 she ROCKS SHE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!!! I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge that I have gained with others. After all knowledge is meant to be shared not hidden away.......so if your trying to decide whether to jump in and do it.....just DO IT what do you have to loose...not just weight .....ask yourself what do you have to GAIN! STRENGTH 💪 KNOWLEDGE....FREEDOM.....SELF CARE.....EMPOWERMENT.....HEALTHY VERSION OF YOURSELF SO YOU CAN GO AND DO YOUR JOURNEY WELL!!!!

Breanna is a professional and beyond knowledgeable about health and fitness. She is extremely passionate about it which inspired me to stay Motivated. Even on the days I wasn’t feel well or up for the challenge, her enthusiasm and positivity was enough to give me that boost I needed to crush my workout. Not only did she add more years to my life by teaching me how to prepare foods that accommodate my diet for certain allergies, she also introduced me to a new line of workouts that hit all the right muscles when your gyms are closed down. Her dedication to the health and fit life was enough to motivate me to want to learn from her, and also be passionate about this lifestyle. Thanks Bree for taking the time to coach me.

I could write a small novel about how absolutely wonderful my experience with Bree has been but I will just try and make it as short and sweet as possible. I came to Bree at one of my life's lowest points, feeling terrible about myself physically and mentally. Like many people, 2020 has been such a rough year. I was feeling unhealthy, lethargic and lost. I came to her at my highest weight that I had ever been in my life and I needed help. From the first day that I met her, not only was her knowledge of fitness impressive but her beautiful and kind soul shined through. She was so easy to talk to and so geniune. We talked about what I was hoping to achieve in the program, my goals and she put together a game plan for me. Please note that she does not just focus on the fitness aspect but the nutrition aspect as well. She definitely holds you accountable with both and that is exactly what I need. We talked about my personal battles and how we were going to work on the inside me as well. The total package. I started out really slow, barely able to pick myself up from the ground. I followed the workout and nutrition plan she created and day by day, week by week I have watched myself become stronger physically. I am doing things I never thought I would be able to do. She pushes me to my limits and always makes me believe that I can do anything. In the almost 3 months that I have been working with her I have lost 20 pounds and over 9 inches off my entire body. I have gained so much strength that I surprise myself every time I work out with her and this is still only the beginning. With these "small" changes I have also come so far with my mental health and how I view myself, learning that I am worth so much more than I had been allowing. I am looking good and feeling great! I owe so much to Bree. I call her my angel, she has helped to save my life. She is such a wonderful, beautiful person and she has so much passion for what she does. She truly wants to see her clients succeed, reach their goals and be the best version of themselves. I truly don't where I would be without her. She is definitely a blessing to me.
