Bree has given me much needed support and guidance to improve my health and to reach my fitness goals. She’s an excellent personal trainer and pushes you to do better but doesn’t try to break you. She’s also very understanding of her clients busy lifestyle and is very flexible with scheduling while always motivating you. As a busy Mom and military member, she’s helped me learn the benefits of food prepping and how to incorporate for my family’s meal planning as well. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fitness coach to help achieve their goals! ~ Terri G.

Coach Bree has coached me in showing up for MYSELF. She has given me the tools to get back into working out and eating clean. I had fallen off the wagon of living a healthy lifestyle after college and just couldn’t seem to get back on the wagon by myself. So I searched for trainers in my home City of San Francisco. But I couldn’t find a personal trainer who was ALSO a nutritionist. I loved the fact that Coach Bree would be examining/altering my diet while also providing me with trainings. I also loved the fact that Coach Bree is truly all about female empowerment. She approaches you as a whole person, not just as a trainee. Virtual workouts have been so convenient and still provide a great burn. Highly recommend Coach Bree if you’re looking for fitness/health/personal growth :)

I’ve had the great pleasure of working with Bree for the last 7 months! We meet on Monday mornings and she writes 3 other work outs for me to do on my own at my gym. She also writes and tracks my nutrition via My Fitness Pal and provides me with feedback. I, like a lot of people, have spun my wheels on fad, extreme diets & have went through the cycle of mustering up motivation to work out, only to fall on my face and quit, countless times. I thought, if I could just knock myself into submission then I’ll finally have the healthy lifestyle I so desperately wanted all of my adult life. Realizing that wasn’t working for me, I decided to reach out to several trainers in the Sacramento area and I interviewed all of them. Bree and I had a 30 minute phone consultation at the end of May 2019. She jumps right in and asks the hard questions. “What’s your why”? “What are your short term and long term goals”? Naturally and thankfully, I decided to go with Bree! What I’ve gotten is so much more than just a trainer/nutritionist. She’s helped deconstruct my fixed mindset around eating and working out. She challenged me to be more creative with my meals. She figured out what makes me tick and she uses it to coach me better. Yes I’ve lost a lot of weight & inches and my lifting game is strong. But what I’ve really gained is a healthier mindset and balance that I had a complete mental block in front of for years. Bree is a power house & one of the hardest workers I know. She is constantly looking for ways to be a better Coach for her clients. The way she coached me on Day 1 is very different today. She doesn’t have a cookie cutter approach to her clients. It’s very much tailored to you and what inspires and motivates you. To be clear, I am a stubborn person to train. I don’t always listen and I struggle with consistency. Yet she keeps pushing me with positivity. Having a personal trainer is obviously not free. I happily pay Bree every month because it’s so dang worth it. If you’re considering hiring Bree but aren’t sure it’s worth it, ask yourself these questions. When is the last time you worked out 3-4 times a week consistently for months on end? When is the last time you had a positive, confident and healthy relationship with food? When is the last time you were free of shame surrounding your body and food? I can say the answer used to be “never” for me. I struggled for years and this is the first time I decided to invest in me. I very much look forward to my Monday mornings with Bree and I look forward to many many more.

I would recommend Bree to anyone who is seeking for a personable, professional, and motivational fitness trainer. She is well knowledge. She constructs workouts toward the goal you desire. Bree also takes priority to any concerns you may have regarding to past and/or current injuries to organize appropriate exercises that are safe and effective. She will educate you on nutritional values in foods and will teach you what you may or may not need for your body. I came to her not knowing anything fitness-related. Now, after three months with Bree, I have learned and created good habits for my personal health, fitness, and much more!
