THAT IS NOT TRUE! I had no idea that we had a deal about 11/21. Nobody informed me about that! I ask you to call me back on this Monday, November 19th, at 8 am, to have a deal with you about cleaning service for you. You completely ignore me. You say we had a deal, why are you ask me about details then? If people got a deal they know details! I had no idea about our deal, so I describe you all in details. You were silent again and I ask you again whether you interested or not in service. Finally, you skip the service and said about a deal for tomorrow, but that was NO DEAL FOR TOMORROW, 11/21!!! I am not sure how much clearer you need me to spell it out for you! Since we become a Thumbtack client, we're GET IN A TRAP! We pay for a lot of leads but have a couple of clients only. We try to reach them, but almost nobody responds to us. We decided to stop buy leads but clients change their behavior and start to write us right away! Every time customers write us we pay for that. We try to contact them again but nobody responds to us! We continue to pay for leads but do not receive clients! I ask support how many pros pay for a lead and they answered: “if the customer connects to several pros, all of them pay for the same lead”. We answered, “That means any of Thumbtacks friends can just send me one message and I’ll be charged”. Nobody responds to me after that. WE DO NOTHING WRONG. You to decide where is the truth.
