- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer highly competitive pricing and our specials and discounts can change every month, so contact us to see what our best offer is at the time. Some specials don't change such as our First Responder & Veteran discounts and our Safety Harbor Resident specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will talk with a customer and confirm we have the date they are interested in open and confirm we can deliver and set-up at their desired location, from there I ask a few more simple questions to make sure the rental goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with bounce houses for over a year and I am a part of many associations and online focus groups. As a firefighter, my #1 goal is always safety and that is true with inflatables too.
