- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $50 hr in some cases depending on required skill set and needed equipment I will bill at $37.50 hr. I have a minimum service call fee of $120 but most jobs I prefer a fixed bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to at least meet you talk for a bit shake hands and let it roll. On bid jobs I require a deposit of between 30-50% due on the first day or before it will be stated on the estimate I give you. On time and material jobs I prefer to be paid daily for the first week until a mutual trust is established.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am VT state lead certified as well as a RRP certified renovator
