- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies. On small jobs that will only take a few hours we price them by the hour. If it is more involved we give a written estimate or quote. Depending on the job We estimate by projected man hours or by the square foot. We offer discounts to our Veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person and discuss the project and planning. We like to explain our plan of action so the customer understands why we are doing what we are doing and the order in which we do it. We like to treat our customers like family and we want to make sure we are doing everything we can to address their particular needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews have extensive backgrounds in all aspects of commercial and residential construction, maintenance, repair, and remodels. The knowledge they have of their respective trades is priceless and their real world experience makes them invaluable to our customers. The owners have over 65 years combined experience themselves and are well known around the greater Kanawha Valley.
