- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on a job to job basis. (1) Time and material (2) Is the job very labor extensive? (3) Difficulty and risk level. (4) Length of warranty. A standard service call will have a minimum payment of $90. Estimates are free of charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a first time customer I always go out of my way to assure them that the service I provide is nothing less than perfect. I will make suggestions to my customers on how to save money on the task at hand
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the plumbing field for 14 yrs. Whether it's new construction or service work, commercial or residential, I have the knowledge and confidence from hours in the classroom each year and the on the job training I've received while going thru my apprenticeship. Each year I take a mandatory continuing education course for the State Plumbing Board, which is constantly furthering my experience in this field.
