Better communication between their customers, especially when they say they are going to be there at a certain time and they just don't show up

Timothy, I called twice, with no one returning my calls. My wife texted several messages to find out when someone was coming. She called You on Monday morning, you told her You could be there at 4pm. Finally at 7pm she gave up looking for someone to come. Finally on Tuesday a young man showed up. Told her he needed to get a part and would be back later that day. He never did. Then you told her, she would be the first stop at 9am yesterday, the young man didn't show up.until after 10:30, by this time all the food in the refrigerator had to be thrown out.
We did communicate with you, you just were not listening.

Sorry about the delay in service this is Timothy the owner you are dealing with Chandler who is running that branch by himself right now the secretary has been sick for about 2 weeks with the flu and he is having two man the phone's and run all the calls he has been a bit overwhelmed I am sorry about that she is supposed to be back soon we normally have a full staff and respond quickly to all our customers as you can see from all our reviews on Thumbtack they are all good we know no one likes to be kept waiting sorry about the delays again
