This company might do well with personal/home projects, but do not assign to jobs for commercial properties. Last night, Jason was an hour late to site (if he ever went) and communication was nowhere near acceptable. I understand there are always special circumstances, but I should have been notified before his scheduled arrival time. Not after. This is where I should have found someone else to complete the job. Instead, I gave Jason a chance and almost lost one of my biggest clients. I tried contacting him yesterday for over two hours to make sure that we were on schedule, and did not receive a call back from him until an hour after he was already scheduled to be on site. I have tried contacting him for over 5 hours today. My client wants to know if the work has been completed, but I do not have any information. I have sent numerous Thumbtack messages, emails, text messages, and left voicemails.

this company is a scam they wanted my bank info and when I didn't give it to them they left a bad review so don't take any jobs from these people and don't give out your bank info.

He left the job in completed and didn't do a good work on tiling my shower. The worse thing is he got part money from me and doesn't respond anymore. He tried to fix the flooring of tile three times and never got it right so now i am having to look for someone else to redo it.

I requested some deep cleaning of hardwood & tiled floors, plus baseboards. Price was reasonable. Christine was friendly and professional. She thoroughly scrubbed floors and baseboards. We will definitely request her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do on some things like tile flooring and hardwood flooring tile is $7.50 a square foot and hardwood is $7 but it really depends on what you want the design and pattern how difficult it will be is generally how I bid it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
trust build a trust with the customer if they don't trust you you might as well not even have bid the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been doing remodels and repairs now for eight years you pretty much learn as you go so I've been doing this for a while and I got to say I impress myself some times.
