- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job and customer is unique and standard pricing only works when we do Time and Material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-contact customer and set up visit -site or plan review and customers wants and needs -gather pricing and information, we do our homework -present bid and information, educate customer on there project -agree on how money will be handled -schedule -drop material off day before crew starts or morning off. -at this point we began work -daily or weekly updates to homeowner depending on project -inspections if needed -finish job -company supervisor walk through -supervisor and job Forman walk home owner through job. Punch list is complete by end of this round -final inspection if needed -collect final draw after passes all inspection that we are accountable for -we will follow up a couple weeks later to make sure your happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Terry Blatz has been trained and mentored under master builders, and has a heating and air-conditioning business. Through this field he has met many people and business owners. He saw the wants and needs, and with his reputation of quality work and listening to his clients, he formed a construction company. Together Terry and his team have over 84 years experience in the construction field.
