Besides being a licensed massage therapist Joseph has been a yoga instructor for over 10 years so he has a great understanding about how the body works as a whole. He will often do assisted yoga stretches with you to help heal the body as well as give you suggested yoga poses for you do do at home to address your individual needs. Joseph is also a Reiki Master through the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis MO. And if you want to do private yoga sessions, Joseph will tailor the yoga session around YOUR body so you get exactly what you need. Whether it's Reiki, yoga, or massage, I love working with clients and seeing the relaxed look on their face at the end of the session. Healing both the body and mind is my goal with everything that I do.

I have been seeing Joe for a number of years now, even throughout my pregnancy with my daughter. He was able to tailor my massages as my pregnancy progressed, and I preferred him to other prenatal massage therapists I had seen. The best thing about Joe is that each massage is highly customized, and as you build a rapport, he remembers your preferences and trouble spots. Each massage feels like a holistic experience, and I highly recommend massages with Joe! :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client, I will ask you questions about any pain you are dealing with today. I will want to know if you had any recent surgeries and if you are currently on any medications. We will discuss what you want the focus of your massage to be. I will answer any questions that you might have before we begin the massage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Missouri. I completed a 600 hour massage training at the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis.
