I'm experienced instructing clients in all levels of their fitness journey. I've worked with clients who come to me with a variety of struggles or situations, including general weight management, elderly, obesity, diabetes, and athletic conditioning. I hold multiple national certifications and continuously strive to further my education and skills.

I had a great experience working with Jolie! She is extremely professional and knows what she's talking about! I had a shoulder injury and she was able to customize the exercises that would best help me to get my strength back. Jolie helped me so much at the gym to gain confidence working with weights and using correct techniques, I'm so happy with my results!

Jolie trained me at 9Round in St. Peters. She catered my workout to the area I wanted to focus on the most. I even do the workouts on my own in my spare time. I highly recommend Jolie as a trainer!
