- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm running a special on permanent cosmetics right now, $100 off any service through the end of March 2018. I also have a referral special on any service, hair or permanent cosmetic. For each referral you receive 20% off your next service. You can combine the discount on one service or spread it out over several.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every appointment starts with a full consultation, whether it's your first visit or your 20th visit. It's important to me that I achieve the exact look you desire each and every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist in Missouri and Kentucky. I also hold a certification for permanent cosmetics. I regularly attend trainings to remain current with coloring and cutting techniques.
