- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job not the hour. Also since everyone likes different things I do not provide cleaning supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what each individual client wants/needs is essential to good performance. I will meet with you before the job takes place to discuss those little details that mean so much!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with customers who want weekly, bi-weekly, and even monthly cleanings. I also clean businesses and occasionally I do move-out/in cleans.
