- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $43 for a haircut and style, $58 for a touch-up and blow dry, highlight start at 60. I definitely will go over the prices during the consultation. It's hard to quote a price if I haven't seen your hair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
with a new client I always start with a consultation. We will go over your hair history health history. we will shampoo condition cut and style. I do a lot of my cutting when the hair is dry. I will teach you about products, give you samples to try out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and educated for Redken, Vidal Sassoon& Kuene. I just took a class today on Quidad.
