Now reguarding natural stone Maintenance here is what we offer you.....First Any Maintenance job in and or outside of Metro Saint Louis area is subject to a travel fee for estimating a job to be done at your designated address , but it may be waived if a yearly kitchen countertop maintenance agreement is needed and agreed to at time of estimate for work to be done and is signed at that time , before we leave. If not signed at estimate travel fee is required before leaving. Maintenance agreement can be done on natural stone you’ve had installed, reguardless of what company had originally installed it for you... the only requirement we ask for is to verify no existing maintenance agreement by yiur install company is enforced at the time ours is signed. so what we are offering for any countertop made of natural stones only( up to 60 sq ft total, anything more will be charged accordingly at time of estimate) and with this pricing we hope , that if more natural stone work is needed, you have us help you with the project!, it is highly suggested that our a maintenance agreement is agreed to because it is Most beneficial, in order to keep your natural stone looking beautiful Always... so it is suggested our ongoing maintenance agreement to be signed allowing us to come out two times a year in order to maintain your beautiful kitchen investment be agreed to in order to take advantage of the discount given rather than paying for just a one time charge without being under the agreement. The agreement is most cost effective! Maintenance pricing is :: any kitchen counter top up to 60 sq ft min , will cost 400dollars a year to maintain. If it is only a one time maintenance visit the charge will be 250 plus an additional added travel charge. It is smarter to sign up with a twice yearly maintenance agreement at a better cost. I mean why pay each time 250 dollars to come and refresh and maintain your priceless natural stone investment, when a yearly agreement is 100 dollars cheaper for twice a year??? Travel charge reduced for having agreement signed will be cheaper as well. This charge is added to the 250 dollar charge as not knowing where our estimate will be , that fluctuates depending on mileage traveled and time needed.Now any sq footage that is over the minimum stated , and any other bathroom counter or tile or tile flooring area or bathtub surround areas will be additional charges above and beyond the minimum 60 sq feet whose price was stated. Note that any additional floors or fireplace areas needing maintenance will be quoted separately as wil any work needed to repair or shine or etc in stone. Those repairs also be quoted additionally.
