Eric was great. He was very professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend Mountain High for any of a variety of jobs. He hauled away a great deal of junk. Anything that that could be donated to Goodwill - he kept separate so that he could drop the items off!Sep 9, 2017
Finish the job!!! Paid him said he would be back to finish did not return. Dismantled a piece of our deck to rebuild didn't, said he would haul away the replaced items did not. Have reached out to him numerous times no reply.Aug 27, 2017VerifiedEric J.'s reply
Well to start this I will say that ALL MY OTHER REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THIER SELVES!!BUT WOW...Jerry I would think that you would have the decency to give someone at least 24 hrs before you start bashing them! There could have been something major go on that you couldn't reach me. It was just a cell phone issue with Sprint ...which I have been dealing with for a while now. I still don't have service I'm using the wifi at my office to even being using this app. I had know way to get a hold of you yesterday until I could use my fiance's phone. I couldn't get calls , make calls, or even text. And I have busted my ass on this job especially considering I am very short on help at the moment. Now about me "Dismantling" your deck... for one that all had to be taken off to properly stain your deck..and it was supposed to be getting replaced with some bamboo privacy panels. Which I was supposed to get so much $ up front and ...I did not take it. So I'm definitely not out to rip you off!! And as far as your old lumber goes I was being nice taking it for free... usually there is a disposal fee. And I also said I would take it with me when I came back to do the touch up work. And I always finish a job I start and I make sure the my customers are perfectly happy with what was done! I take pride knowing I did a quality job. And as I said in the beginning of this message my reviews speak for themselves...I had a 5 star rating until you left the poor rating...which in my eyes is a little slanderous!! Since you didn't even give it a full day before you started bashing me! So here it is ...I will be back at your house Monday morning to do all the touch ups. And I will still take all your old lumber with me when I leave for free still. Unless you would like me to put it back on... because I'm not sure if I am going to build the panels now for someone who is so quick to bash me when the day before you told me how hard of a worker I was. And also I have not taken any money towards building them. But we can talk more Monday in person. I hope you have a great rest of your weekend Jerry.
