Daniel was Extremely rude showed up lae ans changed the time he was supposed to areive over 5 times. Whwn he arrived he surprised me with the fact that the job will be $50 more expensive then he quoted because t cost more for the material then he expected, he didnt ask when buying the material if that would be ok with me. He put 2 huge holes in my dry 3 holes in my kitchen floor where stove is supposed to be he did not fix the extra holes he ruined that area of my kitchen he damaged my basement cieling also, left wood chips all INSIDE my brand new washer in the basement because he had the door open on my top loading washer he pulled my dryer so hard off the wall he broke the ducts and they got disconnect for my dryer he made a huge mess in my basement and kitchen caused me a loss to fix things he broke DONT BRING THIS CRIMINAL TO YOUR HOME BEWARE!!!Mar 28, 2017VerifiedDaniel P.'s reply
Hey Luma, I am sorry that you felt like you had a bad experience, I did exactly everything up to code. I am very sorry that I handful of woodchips got into your washer even though the lid was closed. Thank you for informing me before I got there that you moved the dryer for me, with that being said I am sorry that the dryer exhaust came loose, because of your moving it. Those two giant holes in your wall were there when I got there, the reason I remember that is because you asked me a weird question, if bugs can crawl through those holes from your basement. I deal with customers on a daily basis, and all seem to love me except you. Prices do change, that's why they call them quotes, before I started the job I asked if that was a problem if so I was going to not do it, and you seem to be fine, you even went as far as calling another electrician as I stood there in your living room, asking what his price would be, and I still was $10 cheaper than his price. I hope you and your family have a great experience with your new electric stove, I know the work that I did is solid and I stand by it.
