FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to cleaning, you are not only paying for the work, but you are paying for the products, the quality, the timing, and the trustworthiness of the cleaner. Since we use natural, eco-friendly products and techniques, our services are ideal for families and individuals who are eco-conscious and concerned for the health of their pets and family members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call for a free consultation, I like to find out what goal you are trying to reach with this cleaning. Is it to save you time? Take away that stress of upkeep? Seek a peaceful home environment? Remove distractions from your life? Once we understand where you want a cleaning service to take you, we determine how best to get you there. We suggest recurrences, determine which areas are most important to you, and customize each cleaning plan accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a house cleaning business for 3 years and then on my own for another 2 years. I earned a bachelor's degree in Communication/Broadcast Journalism from NDSU, with a minor in Health Communication. My communication and health studies led me to become interested in how day-to-day, ordinary life tasks affect our overall well-being throughout our entire life. Small adjustments, like having someone else deal with your mundane tasks, can improve the quality of your life exponentially.
