- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge off a flat rate pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the call is for service, I inform them of my diagnostic fee/ trip charge. Then I come out diagnose the problem and provide a flat rate quote for the repair needed. If the call is for a new system installation. I will come out free of charge and provide detailed estimates and recommendations for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Trident Technical College for HVAC training in 1998-1999. I also worked for my fathers HVAC/ electrical business while attending classes and after I finished. I have over 15 years experience in the HVAC field and also state licensed.
