Bob Richards is an awesome realtor. He has helped us with three purchases and one sale, advised us prepping properties for sale as well.
Our last sale involved a house we flipped after remodeling. We placed it on the market and headed off on a much needed vacation. Bob called us the second day or so and said he had several offers. We discussed them and decided to except one. There was a minor catch, but one we had anticipated. The cooling unit needed to be replaced, and the buyers were strictly budgeted so we agreed to handle it. Bob took care of all the details including getting bids and getting the work done. Closing was on time and the buyers and the sellers are all very happy.
He has recently showed us numerous homes as we looked for a home with a pool, for us, our children and grandchildren, patiently I will add, because viewing a home with will and I is like an educational trip to a museum, we never hurry.
We were looking for something very specific, and our specific are not your normal client specifics. We are somewhat eclectic, and showing us homes involves listening to us plan the changes.
This week he wrote a contract for a home that we think is going to be perfect for us, our children and grand children to spend time at.
He has been patient, given us great advise, and I believe this house will close, and on time.

Bob and his team couldn't have made buying our home any more amazing of an experience. I kinda felt like when I saw it online and went through the the waiting period to move that I was just getting a new place to live...and now there are seriously days where I text Bob and tell him I can't believe how much I love my HOME. It is perfect for our family and so much love and laughter radiates from these new walls. Anyone who has ever met Bob will tell you that he is the nicest, funniest, and smartest business man they know. He doesn't treat you like a paycheck, he treats you like you are his own family and helps you find EXACTLY what's on that detailed list! I love that every couple months I get postcards from Bob's team inviting me to come in for free 9 volt batteries because it's time to change my smoke detectors.. it truly is the little things! Bob and his team will never stop letting you know how much you care! I've told him many times that he makes me want to sell and buy a different house JUST so we can see him more! He's THE BEST and I will never stop telling people! :)
