Cameron was our DJ/MCC for our daughters wedding. He did a fabulous job. He kept the dance floor hopping and the games we played with the bride and groom had the crowd rolling with laughter. I think Cameron is part comedian. I'm so happy we picked Up North Audio for the wedding. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Cameron you fit right in.

WOW! WOW!! Up North Audio is the best. Our wedding wouldnt have been the same if we had gone with a different company. First off, Cameron (our audio pro from Up North Audio) drove 8 hours in traffic from Portland, Or. to My. Vernon, Wa to bless us with his professionalism during this important life event. He showed up two hours early to set up and sound check. He provided not only a DJ/audio setup for the dinner music and dance hall but also a seperate setup for light pre wedding music and music for our walk down the aisle. He also provided wireless mics to use during the ceremony and vows. When it came to dance the night away in celebration, Cameron played tune after tune that kept us and all of our guests dancing and having fun. We danced 4 hrs non stop! It was the funnest night of my life and the best party I've ever been to. I owe so many thanks to Cameron and Up North Audio. Cameron also did a phenomenal job coordinated the events on the microphone throughout the night. What a guy. A true professional. THANKS CAMERON!! We rate you and Up North Audio 1 billion stars!!!

My experience with Up North Audio and its owner Cam was nothing short of perfection! His skill, dedication, and professionalism are unmatched. His years of experience as a DJ shone through as he kept the dance floor rocking all night long! You simply will not find a DJ with better chops behind the decks: In addition, the quality of Up North's audio equipment was above and beyond and really added an extra dimension to our event. We just couldn't be happier with our experience with Cam and Up North Audio.

Cameron provided DJ and MC services for our wedding on Sept. 24, 2016. He was exactly what I was looking for, in personality and professionalism. I was unhappy with the quotes I was getting from more well=known DJ businesses so I thought I'd try to find someone via Thumbtack. I called him and did an initial interview and immediately felt comfortable with Cameron. Music is very personal to me, and I had some strong opinions about what would be played at my wedding. Still, Cameron had some great ideas and broadened my playlist. I loved the end result. Cameron also mostly stayed out of the way, while being super helpful at the same time. He made the necessary announcements, but nothing more than that. I also appreciated his casual and laid back style, but that doesn't mean he let anything slip through the cracks. I would highly recommend Cameron for anyone who has high expectations for the type of music played at their wedding. He is willing to work with the couple to achieve exactly what they're looking for, while filling in the gaps with his own expertise. Thank you Cameron!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing information is available on the company website, listed on my profile.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very flexible and easy to work with. You can be involved as much or as little as you would like to be in music selection. We can correspond via email or phone, whichever is more convenient for you. I require a signed contract (sent for e-signature via email) and a $100 deposit to hold the date of your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been running sound and DJing at a wide range of events for over 15 years. I have played and/or ran sound at literally thousands of shows, from upscale weddings and corporate events to raves and warehouse parties and everything in between.
