I am an avid Body Control gym member and I am very happy today that I decided to join 6 months ago. I've already seen positive results physically and mentally and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of customer service the staff provides. The Body Control staff is welcoming, motivating, and fun-loving. The camaraderie and culture they create are addicting and it is encouraging to know that I will be welcomed by the same smiling faces each time I walk into the gym. As far as the workouts go, the classes are strategically thought out and structured to benefit any gym member attending. The classes are reasonably challenging and I always look forward to what is planned for us every night not to mention they are delivered by extremely enthusiastic and engaging trainers! Ive joined several gyms previously but Body Control definitely sets themselves apart. Body Control's team-oriented culture and challenging workouts helped me implement a lifestyle change for a happier and healthier version of myself and it's encouraging to know and to trust that I have their support behind me!

State of the art facility, professional personal trainers, friendly and inviting atmosphere, smoothie bar, group and personalized workouts... what more could you want? Everyone helps you attain the results you desire.

Awesome Gym. The gym has state of the art equipment. All of the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I love the atmosphere.
