- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services generally are priced at the package level. You will choose between three packages (sit down, stand up, open air booth), and each package will include: 1. 3 hours of unlimited pictures 2. choice between a sit-down, stand up, or open-air booth 3. choice between three backdrops (burgundy, silver, blue) 4. professional attendant 5. flash drive of your event 6. custom photo strip layout design 7. table full of props 8. two 2*6 prints or one 4*6 prints 9. within 24 hours of your event, photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page for guests to download (optional) There are add-ons you can purchase listed on the website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is generally a free consultation to make sure we understand your expectations. We need to know the number of people, number of hours, date, time of service, and location of your event. From there, we will create several print out strip logos for you to review and approve. If you share the theme with us, we will make sure to purchase props that match your events theme.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started trying to find a family business that is flexible for our large family. Through prayer and searching, we found the photo booth industry provided our family the flexibility we need.
