What a wonderful experience with Cloud 9! After much searching for furnace service, other companies were "too busy" and definitely too pricey for our needs. I took a chance on Cloud 9 and was greatly rewarded. Service was very professional, courteous, and comprehensive. He was on time, and courteously explained what was needed, and explained what he was doing as he worked. The best HVAC service experience we've ever had. I am referring Cloud 9 to family and friends.
