- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is affordable compared to creative agencies. I produce agency quality at affordable pricing that small business can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk via phone or email about their vision for their design or idea they have in mind. Then I storyboard a draft of what discuss for the goals of the project. It usually takes about one week to finish a project. My clients often praise my timeliness and punctual communication style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my M.S. in New Media where I studied web design and animation. I taught graphic design at a university level for two years. I also am the winner of the 2015 American Graphic Design Award.
