- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A professional certified roofing inspector will meet at your home to do a complete inpsection of your roof, gutters and siding depending on your need. We will have your proposal inforamation that day to be able to sit and go over details of the next steps, filing insurance claims or funding options. Communication is key to Buff Exteriors all your roofing specialist offer their individual cell numbers to maintain consisten communication.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Buff Exteriors urges home owners to choose a company that they can trust. Make sure your company is locally owned and operated with ties to the community. Many present themselves as such but are not. If you run into problems a year or two into your new roof you want to be able to contact that company for help. Buff Exteriors is a local family owned business. We are your neighbors, community and have children in schools with you. Go with who you can trust.
