Lacey helped me with so many easy and practical approaches to food, which is the first and foremost lifeline to lasting health. I start each day with her tips on blending a delicious and power-packed "Green Monster Shake". My willpower has increased and I now have the fuel to energize my day. She’s taught me to make educated decisions at the grocery store, which is the "first step" to a healthy transition. Let’s face it; if you buy it, you intend to eat it, especially the “comfort foods”. In my case, it has always been about battling SUGAR. Lacey taught me to take initiative and to question the nutrition labels on food immediately fortifying my food intake. I was amazed to find out that my so called “healthy yogurt” had more sugar than my favorite candy bar. Each day I feel myself getting stronger and stronger as I stock my refrigerator with foods that FUEL me and not FOOL me. I'm so happy with my results! Jeanne C. Z

Lacey has helped me learn how to eat clean and helped me with my IBS. I went from having pain in my stomach all the time and feeling fatigued to having energy and not having any pain or bloating. She is amazing! We are still working together now, doing an elimination diet to see what top allergens in food are affecting me. I would recommend her to anyone!

Lacey taught me how to choose healthier options when eating. Desserts are my weakness!! Lacey helped me replace high sugar sweets with healthy amazing recipes using fruits and healthier foods. I use the recipes all the time, especially during the holidays. Lacey also helped with my daily routine of drinking more water and the importance of eating vegetables as much as you can. Now I crave vegetables and her blend recipes because they make me feel lighter and have more energy. Also, my complexion is better from my diet change. She is wonderful to work with!

Along with the care of a functional medicine doctor Lacey has helped me with recipes to help me deal with my autoimmune disease and been a good support in helping me embark on a new lifestyle that I have stuck with! All of the advice she gave was well documented and researched and it was great to get a well rounded approach to health.

My nutrition education extends from constantly studying and reading any nutrition and fitness book I can get my hands on, and continuing education from various organizations. I am a former Nutritional Consultant for Whole Foods Market where I was first introduced to the real-life challenges that my clients face, and have learned from each and every one of them.
