We have just started he process but so far I am impressed by Chris. He has a great personality and positive attitude. Hopefully I will be completely satisfied when the lawsuit is all final. First time filing a lawsuit so time will tell.Nov 8, 2017Verified
Professional lawyer with excellent medical knowledge and experience. I am in the medical field and value his knowledge and professionalism. When he says he will get something done ... he does and that goes very far for me. Dependability !! Highly recommended himMar 24, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No cost to the client unless we win the case for them. The contract usually contains a contingent fee agreement--meaning, if we resolve the case to your benefit, and only if we do so, our firm receives a portion of the recovery. If we don't win, you don't pay us. It is that simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually start with a phone call with the potential client whenever the client is available. If I believe we can help the potential client, I have them come to my office, or if necessary (which is often the case if someone is in the hospital, cannot drive, etc.), I will go to them. Conversations and discussion of your case is free. There are no fees throughout the entire process of working on your case. I only receive a fee once the case is resolved to your benefit. If we lose, you do not pay me a fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Saint Louis University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri – 2010 Honors: David Hensler Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy
