About this pro
We have helped all kinds of people. We have helped wealthy people and poor people. We have helped people whose loved ones’ hearts will never beat again, and we have helped people with injured backs. All of them have needed assistance, and we are lucky enough to be able to provide it. We have cases where we are up against 10 or more lawyers on the other side. But we only take cases we believe in and help clients we believe in. We have no regrets about the people we help. If you are looking for someone who lists all their awards and years in service, we are likely not for you. We have all that, but that is not what our office is about. We are about our clients. Our staff the most capable, efficient, and friendly people we could have. We are proud of what we do for the individuals and families that come to us. Mutrux Finney, P.C. works hard to earn its reputation as one of the elite litigation firms in the St. Louis area through painstaking case analysis, preparation, and straight-talk. As a result, we have had repeated successes against large and small corporations as well as insurance companies. Because our lawyers choose to go the extra mile in their research and assistance to their clients, we consistently find greater compensation. We have secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for seriously injured clients and their families. We have also helped those with more minor issues. Without a doubt, we know we can help you—by pointing you in the right direction or even by sending you to another lawyer. Our mission is to make sure you get justice. Whatever that means in your case, our goal is to help you find it. “It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” -– John Wooden Areas of Practice: Brain Injuries Car Accidents Truck Accidents Wrongful Death Construction Accidents Paralysis Medical Malpractice Premises Liability Nursing Home Negligence Workers’ Compensation Product Failures The interaction with the people. I know it sounds cliché, but I work in a job I love that allows me the opportunity to have contact with all types of people on a daily basis. And I get to stand for them. I am allowed to represent them and their loved ones. It is an amazing expression of trust by my clients and it is not one that I take lightly. I do this job for my clients and the return I get is the joy of doing this work--work where I can actually make a difference for someone who truly needs it. What is better than that? Call me anytime to discuss your issue, question or concern. It doesn't cost you a penny--just a few minutes to see if you like me and for me to see if I can help you.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No cost to the client unless we win the case for them. The contract usually contains a contingent fee agreement--meaning, if we resolve the case to your benefit, and only if we do so, our firm receives a portion of the recovery. If we don't win, you don't pay us. It is that simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually start with a phone call with the potential client whenever the client is available. If I believe we can help the potential client, I have them come to my office, or if necessary (which is often the case if someone is in the hospital, cannot drive, etc.), I will go to them. Conversations and discussion of your case is free. There are no fees throughout the entire process of working on your case. I only receive a fee once the case is resolved to your benefit. If we lose, you do not pay me a fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Saint Louis University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri – 2010 Honors: David Hensler Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy
