I was very skeptical in the beginning as my appointment was rescheduled three times before someone actually came out and this was after I had already put down a deposit. When the guy pulled up I began to feel skeptical again he didn't look very professional and he didn't seem to think the problem was as bad as I thought it was but he was very knowledgeable. He assured me that we were going to take care of the problem and that I had no need to worry and that's exactly what happened. Two months later I am pest free and 100% satisfied with the service I received the only downfall I had was the rescheduling of my appointments which was about five times total throughout the two-month process and one time being 15 minutes before the actual appointment but other than that they are really good and you will definitely get your money worth I would recommend this business to a family and friendJan 7, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer free estimates as an alternative to standard pricing. In this manner you are only paying for what you need. So many variables are involved in pest control that standard pricing would equate to some customers paying for more than what they received and others paying for less. Therefore we opt for fair pricing by means of free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, we set up an appointment to come to your location so you can give us in-depth details about the problem you are experiencing and we then complete an inspection of involved areas. Through this inspection we will identify the pest, diagnose the problem, including the scope of the problem, location of where pest is, treatment plan, and sustainable solutions such as sealing entry points, etc... all of which we discuss with you. We prepare a written estimate on the spot and schedule an appointment at your convenience. It is also possible to schedule the estimate in such a way that you can get treatment at the same time if that is what you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified training and licensing through the state of Missouri, including General Structural Pest Control and Wood Destroying Insect Control.
