I had not heard of soft washing before finding's Maverick's. The results far exceeded my expectations and looks like a new house (was badly covered in mold). I ended up doing everything including the roof, sidewalk, driveway, porch, etc and was worth every penny. The guys who did it were on time, professional and the whole process only took a few hours. Highly recommend Mavericks and soft washing over power washing!

Very pleased with the work performed. Company is very professional from bid, quote, scheduling and invoicing. However where the truck was parked, my grass has browned up and hopefully will recover. (Update. Little over a week and grass is already 90% recovered). So I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Maverick.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Sales Team quotes every surface by the Square Foot. All quotes are done in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out our Territory Sales Manager to walk the project and give out a personal quote for each specific customer. We sit down with the customer to answer all questions and explain the full process of our cleaning methods.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Employees take a very detailed 15 video training course with course workbook. Upon completion of the video course they are required to take a test and must pass with 80% or better. We then move them to field training before they are certified to SoftWash properties. All staff must re-certify every year.
