If you are looking for a place to workout, then I highly suggest Stone Strength Systems. Brad is very knowledgeable and can help you perform better whether you are a beginner or experienced lifter.
Brad with Stone Strength Systems provides strength training for all levels of fitness in an organized, systematic fashion. He really focuses on proper technique and injury prevention, which unfortunately is not always the norm with other training programs I have encountered. He is personable and already within a month I have seen great improvements!
Brad is a wonderful trainer, even though I'm a terrible client. He puts up w/ me 3 days a week & keeps me on my toes. I'd recommend Brad to anyone.
Wouldn't train anywhere else
Brad is a very kind and knowledgeable trainer and he is always looking out for his customers. Brad is always explaining the exercises, answering questions, observing and correcting your form. The programs are challenging and I feel like I'm getting a good workout after every class. The gym is great, it has everything we need to train and it's always improving.

Love training at Stone Strength!
7 months ago when I started I was out of shape – I had gotten so bored with the typical routines at the gym that I just stopped going. Between that and past leg injury, I could hardly execute many ‘normal’ movements/ exercises. Brad has a wonderful understanding of the human body and was able to pinpoint exactly why and where I was getting held up. He worked with me to provide additional stretches and exercises to improve my mobility. Now it’s pretty incredible how far I’ve come. I am constantly blown away at what I’m able to do and how my body is continually transforming. I see the same progress in others too.
The atmosphere is wonderful! I honestly have a great time every time I go to train. I haven’t met anyone I didn’t like at Stone Strength. I am constantly meeting new people from all backgrounds and age groups. One of the best things is the team atmosphere. I grew up an athlete, always part of a team. After college it was a pretty odd feeling no longer being part of a team or competing. I really missed that. At Stone Strength I finally have that back!
I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Stone Strength. No one is too old, young or broken. Brad us by far one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to work with (and I have worked with my fair share of personal trainers, sports therapy rehab specialists, etc.). His expertise, great personality and positive attitude will not disappoint!

I have nothing but positive comments about Brad Stone. He is extremely passionate about his work and training the right way. His approach caters to each person's individual needs, such as injuries requiring customization, etc. Even in a group environment.
Brad believes in your potential even when you don't. He pushes you to be better then says see I knew you could do it. Mantra being don't underestimate yourself!

I've been working with Brad for a couple of years now and I have accomplished so much more than I ever thought that I could. I actually enjoy going to the gym and rather than feeling like it is something that I have to do, it is something that I want to do. All around a great trainer to work with!
I've been working with Brad at Stone Strength Systems for 8 months now and I am very happy with the results I am seeing. I am much leaner and much stronger than when I started, but don't let the fact that it's strength training scare you away. Brad is great about tailoring all exercises to all strength and skill levels, and the gym community is very supportive and friendly. All work outs are planned for you in advance and you can view your upcoming workout, sign in to your class and track your results on his app, it's very convenient. If you're looking to change some things up in your workout routine and work with an instructor that truly cares about your health, I'd definitely consider Brad's place.
