Had a confirmed appointment and loyalty did not show up or contact me - only after reaching out on the app- and 1 hour post appointment time I got a note canceling our appointment. I chose loyalty based on the number of hires/reviews which i regret- rearranged my schedule to make this happen and disappointed that I chose this provider over the countless others

Yes we are a company and great company to work with however we have no control over the unexpected. If you regret arranging to work with us after explaining to you the situation, then it probably wasn't meant for us to work together. We are humans, not super humans.
