I have been a personal trainer for four years, and my certifications include: Nasm, Fight Fit, Olympic weightlifting for sport, and TRX. The the majority of my clientele is currently weight loss,however, I also work with those looking to improve their strength, muscle mass, and definition. I teach functional strength building movements: squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press. In my experience, combining these movements with a fast paced, high intensity training routine is very effective for achieving and sustaining long term weight loss, as well as improving your overall level of health and fitness. The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing my clients achieve their goals. Knowing I a played a part in changing someone's life for the better is immensely rewarding.

Andrew is a phenomenal trainer. I would know as I've worked with others in the past. I came to Andrew feeling defeated. I was working out 5-6 days and getting no results (weight loss mainly.) When we first started working together, Andrew took a much more holistic approach than anyone else I've encountered. Not only did we have great workouts together, but he always gave me homework for the days I was to workout on my own. He indicated specific activities with exact sets and reps. I highly appreciated his attention to detail and organization. Andrew is always considering our next goal several months out when it comes to putting together my "program." Andrew also helped me with how to allocate my macros (grams of protein, fat, and carbs) throughout the day. Within a month I started to see results. Since then, I've dropped over 10% of my body fat and 20 lbs. If that weren't enough, my strength is now through the roof. I've enjoyed my advances in leg press (500 lb!), deadlight (240 lb!), and so many others. Andrew continues to motivate me every week that we meet. He is very kind and is able to delicately balance being friendly but still getting in an efficient workout when we're together. I would highly recommend Andrew and feel truly grateful that I've had the opportunity to work with him.

Andrew is a great personal trainer. I started with Andrew six months ago, in hopes of leading a healthier lifestyle, which he has helped me accomplish. He certainly makes up for any motivation I lack, pushing me to be stronger and more confident with each work out. He is very committed to his clients, he sends workouts when we do not meet in person and checks in via text message frequently. I always look forward to my sessions with Andrew!
