- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers there is no fee for my service. If you would like me to list your home my commission is negotiable depending on certain factors such as: Will you be buying another home? The price of the home. It will all be upfront at the consultation and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a discussion over the phone, I ask a few questions. The next step is to meet at your home if you are selling or my office if you are looking to buy. We discuss your wants and needs, we then create a great strategy to bring you the desired result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member in good standing with the St Louis Real Estate Association. I keep up with the industry by attending seminars, reading, and with continuing education classes. I attend different Keller Williams training events every year.
