- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. It's a flat $80 if you drop it off to me or a flat $145 fee if you need me to come to you. This is for residential clients only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer what the problem is. I inform them that there is no fee for diagnosing the issue. I let the customer know that it's much cheaper if they drop it off to me. Drop-off's and pickups are from 3:30 pm - 8 pm. I work out of my house, so I'm much cheaper than a typical store front.

I'm an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
