For eight years I avoided going to counseling because of really bad experiences. However, with the encouragement of my friends to give it another shot I scheduled an appointment with Don Weir. As soon as I began my first session I felt safe and like I had someone who actually understood me. I was so excited about my counseling session with Don that I actually called up a few people in my family to tell them that I think I have found the right counselor for me. I've been going to Don for three years consistently and it has been the most life changing experience ever. I've had many highs and many lows, but through my sessions with him I truly feel like I have been able to understand myself a bit better which in turn has resulted in more positive interactions with my relationships, home life, marriage, and work.
