- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I perform no cost inspections and respond within 24 hours, providing the property owner with an estimate for work to be performed. We also accept all major credit cards
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the homeowner, take pictures of the affected areas, inspect with a moisture meter for any on going water issues and take measurements. From there we put together a scope of work and estimate for the homeowner, upon acceptance we schedule the work. Payment is received when the work has been completed to the homeowners satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians posses many certifications related to the industry, obtained through the IICRC 0- 520s
