- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have nothing to hide! Its all transparent. And, based on industry standards. We don't put on cheap roofs. We put on the best roofs at a great value. Great materials, current building code, and certified installers. We do it the right way and don't cut corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in getting to know our clients first. Then moving forward on project specifics and details. It's an old fashion style of doing business but we believe it is worthwhile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe that knowledge separates the good companies from the great companies. We invest in current information and proven practices. We attend conferences and regularly meet with suppliers, representatives to ensure we are up to date with all the information we need. We also take industry exams to uphold our certificates. We also have regular company meetings with constant training and field exercises to ensure we are more experienced, knowledgeable, and professional than our competitors.
