- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are often asked, “What will you do to increase leads for my business?”. Honestly? We don’t know…at least not yet. We need to meet with you and better understand where you are today and your goals for growth. Then and only then can we create a plan of what means to achieve those goals makes the most sense for your business and your budget. First things first, we need to determine who are your ideal clients. This is an important first step and will affect what, how and where we communicate with them. We find that taking a look at your last 10 clients helps identify trends and groups that may be worth giving more focus. Key Messages are the aspects of your product or services that we need to convey to our target audience. Our goal is to be as clear as possible as soon as possible. People typically initially get interested based on logic, however, become clients based on emotion. Next, we need to determine and implement the best way to communicate your key messages to your target audience. This will be determined in part by your budget and ability to handle new business. Finally, we will need to track the performance of the marketing. Making tweaks along the way and determining what works and what doesn’t.
