- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always go with the saying "you get what you pay for," we aren't the budget option but our pricing is competitive and we are always up front with any charges and we get all quotes approved by our clients before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the client about their needs and then we create a quote. Once the quote is approved we start with pre-production which includes the planning of the shoot (travel, gear, crew, script...and so on). After pre-production we move to production where we actually capture the content. After production we move to post-production which includes editing of the images and videos. Our clients typically get two rounds of edits and then we deliver final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades worth of combined video and photo experience. We have worked with top businesses and also top production companies for several years. We also keep up with training with new equipment and trends.
