What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most editors, my rates are per single-spaced, 12 font page. I do not charge per word. I also offer pay in full discounts and believe in quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend a consultation so that I can get an ideal of your editing concerns and your intended message. My editing process is completed in 3 rounds, giving updates to the author as requested and as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Communications and an MFA in Creative Writing. Along with several English course credits, I have editing experience in various genres. I am also an author.
