- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge 15 to 20 dollars an hour. Our hours are based off of 1 person for example you want 10 hours of cleaning and I send 1 person you get 10 hours, if you want 10 hours of cleaning and I send 2 people then you get 5 hours, but you still pay for the 10 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with you before our services start and discuss everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked for a cleaning company and we are trying to start our own cleaning services.
